INSURGENTS 121
Location: Colonia San Rafael, CDMX.
Area: 14,000 sqm.
Year: 2015
The project is located on Av. Insurgentes, one of the most important avenues in Mexico City and that connects with roads to the north and south. The San Rafael neighborhood, where the project is located, is the oldest neighborhood in the city and has a large number of buildings made during the Porfiriato. Thanks to its location within the city, the means of transportation, entertainment options, and growing corporations, the San Rafael neighborhood is listed as one of the neighborhoods with the most potential for the coming years, according to a Forbes Magazine article in May 2014.
The project seeks to meet the demand for accommodation in this part of the city by filling the shopping area and be an anchor for the future development of the neighborhood.
The mixed-use building is public on the ground floor, and from level 1 it becomes private, on the highest levels the shape of the building opens towards the west, framing the view towards Paseo de la Reforma, Av. Chapultepec and Polanco. The level containing the hotel amenities is inserted in this volumetric set, located half the total height of the building for the use of guests.

El proyecto cuenta con áreas de comercio en planta baja.
